Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping and the associated costs. We are happy to advise on best return courier.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged in anyway.  With vintage items we do our best to illustrate any wear or damage on the listing so you can make a considered choice.  We only sell pieces in good condition, any imperfections only add to the charm and beauty of the piece.

Exceptions / non-returnable items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
