DELIVERY
All orders are shipped every Friday. Shipping rates are confirmed checkout.
UK Orders
 UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail deliveries to UK addresses should arrive by the following Wednesday, we will email you to confirm your order has been sent with tracking number.
Large, higher value or very fragile pieces are shipped by courier, your delivery is timed and tracked. Please let us know if you would like delivery on a particular day.

International Orders
International orders are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked and signed service, NB we only ship cushions and throws to international customers at present.
If you are outside of the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country.
Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Sourcey has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information.
When ordering from Sourcey you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
RETURNS
We have a 14 day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if your item is part of our carried stock, please note we do not offer returns for made-to-order goods. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping and the associated costs. Please contact us for any return question at jacqui@sourcey.co.uk and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged in anyway.  With vintage items we do our best to illustrate any wear on the listing so you can make a considered choice.  We only sell pieces in good condition; any imperfections only add to the charm and beauty of the piece.
Exceptions / non-returnable items.
We do not accept returns on sales goods, bespoke/made to order or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
